I had a pleasant afternoon tea with one of my colleagues on this warm Saturday afternoon. Weather has been getting warmer lately; I don't even needa wear a jacket or coat when heading out. I know someone must be super envy at this moment about the warm weather. I hope it's not too cold and snowy on the other side of the Earth, lol

I went to Chinese New Year Dinner with my colleague last night. We had a room by ourself, and it has karaoke! We sing and eat. We were there from 4:00pm to 10:00pm! The most important it was only $35! That is a good price! Usually when I go to karaoke, I would need to pay the same pice, but only for 2 hours! I had a great time!

After lunch today, I was reading a column in an English newspaper and it mentions something about a tunnel being closed in Norway due to a fire, ignited by goat cheese! Imagine, Goat cheese fire closed a tunnel! How absurd! This peculiar incident happened at the end of last month, in January. Has anyone also heard about it? I've also got the YouTube video here:

Hi all,
Did anyone of you watch the news this morning? NASA confirms that an asteroid is approaching the Earth closely on the coming Saturday, so probably around Feb 15/16... It says the asteroid won't hit the Earth, thank goodness, lol. Anyway, Lunar Chinese New Year is just around the corner; I wish everyone a prosperous year. All the best to you all!

I'm gonna go with my husband to visit his family for Chinese New Year dinner! I just finish baking cupcakes and cookies to make them into a cupcake and cookie gift set for my parents in law. They came all the way from Taiwan to visit us! My mom also gave me BB cream and a box of orange gift set for me to bring to them for Chinese New Year!

Thank you! I took this photo during the Chinese New Year event at my work place! I had a great Chinese New Year, and I wish you have a good one, too! I'm gonna go visit my in-laws tomorrow, so I'm baking cookies again!! Although baking cookies need more time than baking cupcake because I'm using small oven to bake it, but I feel that it is easier to bake cookies then cakes!

I just realized that if I reply through "點評" I don't get any credits. Weird. Sorry, I don't mean to leave any meaningless remarks here. Just one silly discovery, and I probably won't reply messages that way since there are no credits to earn, and yes, I'm realistic. LOL.

I have a sweet tooth, so that's why I'm so into desserts! I remember my English teacher once taught us how to remember the spelling of "desserts" with a double "s"; simply remember desserts are sssweet, sssweet, ssssweet! Then automatically you will remember the delectable desserts have a double "s", lol.

TGIF people! I received a letter today and it says I won an exclusive Prince of Persia watch! I joined this lucky draw event probably before Chinese New Year and I thought I wasn't lucky enough to win anything Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an adventure and fantasy movie, which was released in 2010. This movie was shown as a weekend blockbuster before Chinese New Year  and one English newspaper was promoting the lucky draw to win a Prince of Persia watch >w< so I joined the event and whoa! As usual gotta go to work after I finish my breakfast....I need a vacation.... beside this kind of weather make me don't wanna go out at all! I haven't do my shopping for a while, and hang out with my friend as often as I use to be all due to this weather. I had had enough with this stupid weather...... I want my summer....

I'll have a week of vacation at the end of March, and I'm planning to have a early birthday celebration at that time because it is Spring vacation. Most people would have time by then. I'm gonna throw my birthday party at my mom's friend place which is a bar, but with karaoke. I'm gonna invite all my friends there and have fun. Gonna drink, dance, sing, and be wasted....(My husband would be piss off at the wasted part..lol)...
