China Airlines have a pretty good safety record on their routes between Australia and Taiwan. Eva Air was flying similar routes a couple of years ago, but the market was too small and the company decided to quit. China Air's food used to be pretty delicious (either for economy or business classes), but now it's not as good. However, as long as the airlines can keep a very good safety record, cutting corners on food service should be acceptable! ... |
