i think the showering part actually helps your training... a lot of pro athletes (ex. football player) would go into a cold shower after practice, or pro-boxers would immerge themselves in a barrel of ice water after a fight, so that their muscle would not become too sore from the lactic acid and helps decrease inflammation, such that they can go back into practice the day after.作者: pkshiehfrank 時間: 2009-10-12 10:09 PM

運動之後...我想唯一的簡單方法 就是做做簡單的伸展身體的體操.或是多走走路一下...
